A professional racer and ARDS A Instructor with over two decades of experience, Adriano has competed across Europe and coached drivers in endurance racing, prototype races and saloon car races Now leading Box3’s race operations and driver-development programme, he blends technical mastery with a calm, strategic mindset that defines the team’s challenger spirit.
